So I made a search and didn't find anything relevant to my question:

I have a prompt that asks how you will contribute to the diversity of the class or something similar. The char/word limit is not too long (1500 char). This means I have a little room to write something more in depth than just 500 char.

So is this type of essay a good area to bring in a single anecdote (or more than one?) of your strengths/uniqueness instead of just saying "I am very ______ because of these experiences... Joining your school I can _______. I expect to see _____ and I can _____."

I know with 500 char you have room for about 2-3 sentences, but 1500 char... you can make a good 1-2 paragraphs. Actually this question could be applied to all types of secondaries that have about 1000-2000 char limit.

Only talk about enough to make sure that you can talk about each topic meaningfully. You're the only one who can decide if you're able to successfully do that or not. If you have a particularly significant experience to talk about, then you may be only to fit that one in. If you have many smaller, less prominent experiences, then you can probably talk about them all in the same space.

There's no way to answer this question without actually seeing your essay. Just do your best, and if you're overly concerned about it, then have someone review it for you.

Thanks! I'm trying to just get an idea. I've been writing but on one particular topic, it just seems to go in a circle
