@Goro Thanks so much for feedback. I am drafting the adversity essay.

For diversity, i talked about writing for the paper in my personal statement, which is my only reservation... Should I try and attack it from another angle?

Another idea idea I came up with...
• I have done work for my dad's home heating oil company. I basically run the website, social media and email. I also disseminate pre-pay contract information, respond to customers and post important information (e.g. running water during a winter weather warning, COVID-19 updates). I had to learn about website design and technological support to help him reach a younger demographic while maintaining an easily-navigable interface for his long-standing customers. Plus, I have learned a lot about home heating oil and the fuel industry. I have also gone on deliveries with him to people's houses and just generally know a lot about heating oil systems. I also just helped him transition all his employees to federal clearinghouses for their CDL licenses. I know that helping family members with a business is not exactly uncommon, so let me know what you think. This is not actually on my primary anywhere.

This sounds very good.
