Research.

What if I have no experience in research?

Say you don't have any organized research experience. Do not lie. Then be creative and talk about some fulfilling experience where you did some kind of "research" about something. Maybe a really great research PAper that made you really interested in a topic. Or some exploration. You must have SOMEthing to talk about. Be creative. Do not lie - be ready to explain your topic in an interview.

👍 Agree.

"I have no formal research experience. However, I found my coursework in Statistical Methods in Psychology to be very interesting, and I led my group in creating, administering, and writing up a study that served as the final exam for the class."

Something like that. I wouldn't go too much longer, as you don't really have too much to say, and you don't want to seem like you're pigeonholing a non-research activity into the research category.

And don't worry too much about it. You don't need research to get into medical school - it's just a nice plus.
