How long ago was your surg/chemo? You are answering the prompt as far as I can tell, so if an adcom has an issue, that's their problem. There are other ways we can determine your ability to fulfill the Technical Standards.

As long as you do not have difficulties since these treatments and can fulfill the Technical Requirements, you're good.
