Secondary time frame help!

Hey guys just wanted some input on the avg time you guys are taking to get your secondaries back? I know I know ideally you get em in within 24 hours well that's pretty nuts while working full time and my letters haven't been received yet I got my first secondary 2 weeks ago and the other 2 a week ago. Are schools going to penalize me or think I'm not interested if my committee letter doesn't come in soon and I have to keep waiting to submit them ?

One of my interviews is from a school that took me about 3 weeks to return their secondary. Return them in a decent amount of time and don't sweat it.
