Secondary Transcripts?

Hi,

Is it true that Columbia needs your transcripts before you are complete there for their secondary? They are part of AMCAS now so perhaps I am reading it wrong but can someone please corroborate? Thanks

bump; i know i can call them and all but i have to call like 10 schools in addition to working full-time and im running low on time so if someone knows please do tell; thanks!
