oh man.. i'm blowing off school right now to complete all my secondaries (6 more to go..), and my brain can no longer do anything else!
last night i had a dream and the entire dream i was writing and filling out an application for the princeton school of medicine, which i received in the mail with a sweet packet about princeton. i have never been this nuts before, and i guess its good i'm developing a lot of confidence in myself by writing so many personal essays, but oh man, i can't be dreaming all night about more writing and reading long essays. i need to go meditate or SOMETHIN!

I completely understand. I am in a similar situation trying to complete the remainder of my secondaries. I'm concerned that it's too late to be sending in secondaries...I really hope not. What do you think? Good luck with your remaining secondaries!

i feel the same way, especially with turning in a couple that requested it within 2 weeks, and it's been nearly 6 weeks now for those... what can u do? i have a hectic busy life and i'm takin 5 classes.
but i'm completing them all.. even though long-shots that i applied to before i got my shocking mcat score. sigh
and its free for me cause i have fee waiver.. so it can't hurt to get them all done! and you should keep going too!

I am definitely secondary'd out. I was sighing a little relief when I finished 3 Wednesday night after being too tired/too busy/unmotivated/recovering from trip to New Orleans/ for almost 2 weeks. Then today I looked over my last Secondary: Univ of Maryland. Oy Vey! What a Secondary! I think the hardest part is starting. I find myself waiting till I am in the right mood to work on these essay. Right mood means not exhausted and not distracted by other things like SDN and email. 🙂 I am going to take a break for a couple of days (since I have a Nutrition Test on Tuesday). I know I am late in the cycle but the deadline isn't till December 15, so I am rationalizing that if I get it in by Noverber 1st, I am good.

im sad about being 6 weeks late on some of these apps but i'd like to believe that there will be other reasons for rejections other than "this girl didn't stop everything in her life to do our secondary within 2 weeks." cannot help that i was going through a whole lot all at once.
so eh.
i hope to knock out half of what's left tomorrow, and then i will switch gears and write some history paper and study some physics!

sigh, life's great 🙄
