Is there a list anywhere of which schools send out secondarys? What kind of stuff is on them? Essays? How soon after applying do they usually come out?

in the AADSAS application you will have a section with secondary information that tells about fees and which schools have secondary applications.

Many (most?) schools have some sort of secondary application process. It will range from simpy submitting a processing fee ($35-100 in most cases) to submitting a fee along with background information and essays (stuff that is nearly a duplication of the AADSAS information).
