Secretory pathway for Endoplasmic Reticulum

Can someone explain this pathway to me? So when the protein is translated from the ribosome of the ER the end up in either the extracellular environment, as integral membrane proteins or in the membrane interior of ER, golgi apparatus or lysosomes.

now can someone explain the rest with a signal sequence and signal recognition particle and whatnot. this is all coming from the princeton DAT book. does the DAT even go into such detail?

No it does not. I haven't taken it yet but everyone always says breadth over depth. Just know what each organelle does. Where it is located and the most common fact associated with it.
