Secrets 1st edition vs 2nd edition

Are there many differences between the two editions of Step 2 Secrets? I don't want to spend $30 on something when I could get the same information for $10.

I am not sure of the degree of difference between the two, but is $20 really a big deal considering how much you are paying for your medical education? It's a drop in the bucket when you think about it, plus you have the peace of mind of knowing that you are using the most up-to-date information.

In case money is an issue, get a used one, as having the recent editoin is better than having a new book
