There was a thread somewhere that a resident mentioned that they really liked secrets and it helped them to do well on comlex 2. So what I've been doing is using online med ed and step up to step 2 to review and take notes. Then, after I finish a section, I read secrets to make sure I'm comfortable on the main topics. Then, I do comquest and combank questions. I think secrets is great and does include some things that aren't in step up to step 2, but I don't think I'd be comfortable just using secrets as my only resource. I think both of them together have been great for me.
