For each section, can you only work on that section? I am asking this because i was wondering if i could bubble in my answers for the first section during the time alotted for the second session in case i run out of time for the 1st section. prob not or one can just finish the one section really fast and then work on another section.

You can't go back once the proctors say you move on to the next section. The proctors will 100% enforce this.
