see dreams under anesthesia?

Yes, but only in black and white. If the expensive anesthetics are used, dreams in color are very common. Medicare / Medicaid dreams are strictly black and white.
 
well actually there is an article about this issue if I am not wrong in Anesthesiology jan 2007 ,they did a nice study about that , and actually patients dream under anesthesia sometimes , and it is not related to the anesthetic depth
