See you next year

I has an interview dental school interview Last week. I think the interview went well. But at the end of the interview, interviewer told me "see you next year". Does it a positive response or negative? What does it mean by that? Does it mean they will see me at school next year or at interview again next year?

Lol...if they said that after a good interview i'd think they meant see you as a student next year

I doubt the interviewer has full say over whether you get in or not. He probably just meant "see you next year" assuming you get accepted and come to the school.
