I'm interested to know if any ambulatory care pharmacy settings here have successfully implemented an oral amoxicillin challenge test for de-labeling pediatric patients? If your sites have been able to set up this protocol, could you share how you managed to do so, particularly any unique challenges you faced and how you overcame them?

Additionally, I am curious about how you bill for this service. Which CPT codes do you use for the oral challenge, and do you have any tips on ensuring appropriate reimbursement?
