hi all,
1 room in a 2 bedroom apt just opened up, its located on Diversadero and Washington (5 blocks west of UOP campus). It's a realy nice apt, very clean, comes with a parking space (no additional cost). The rent is $687.5 (total rent is $1375). The place has 1 bathroom with kitchen. Large livng room with a lot of sunshine and laundry facility on the first floor.
A little about myself: incoming 1st year DDS student, My current roommate just backed out on me due to a job situation so I am looking for someone else to share the apt with.

I am glad I don't have to live in San Francisco. I think I found a very nice apartment in Detroit for $610 for a two bedroom. But for most people SF is a more desirable city.
