Seeking roommate/Nice Apt in Brooklyn

I'm looking for a roommate (preferably female) to find and share a nice apartment with in Brooklyn, NYC. I'll be doing an Orthodontics residency in Sunset Park. I'm from California, moving at the end of this month and not liking what I'm seeing (need new/updated bath, kitchen, room bigger than a closet) available for my solo budget so perhaps getting a roommate and looking for a bigger place will yield nicer results. I'm an older student (young in heart and appearance!), not keen on pets (prefer to give my affection to the humans in my life), clean (bit OCD), active, fun, and have lots of life experience.
