its your gpa, your dat is fine

if you can do a one year masters and keep a high gpa i think that would help in increasing your overall gpa

you should definitely talk to the admissions committee about what you can do to improve but to me it looks like the gpa is the problem

If I were in your shoes, I would retake it. Being as a 21 DAT score applicant, it was also hard for me to get in. You should try everything you can to increase your chances of getting in. I first took it and got a 19, and I got a 21 (You can look up my DAT breakdown if you are interested). Good luck! If you get in this cycle, that's great, but even if not, do NOT give up. And APPLY EARLY JUNE.
