Has anyone ever heard of hyperbaric treatments causing seizures? I'm a MSIII doing an elective in EM. The other day I saw a guy brought over for having a seizure while undergoing hyperbaric treatment. According to the staff he had tonic clonic seizure lasting 2 minutes and his blood sugar was 90 after the event. All his labs/crx/ct came back normal. He wound up getting admitted for observation since this was his first seizure.

Yes, Hyperbaric oxygen can cause seizures.
The treatment of choice is to remove the oxygen.
