Selecting school

I really really need some advice. I dont have a top DAT score:
PA:17
QR:17
Bio:17
RC:20
Orgo: 19
Chem:20
TS:18
AA:19

My GPA 3.89 and sGPA:3.85. I am planning to apply to these schools but need to select which ones will spare my low DAT and bio scores and have a better shot at. If anyone can please advice I would appreciate that.

2. Midwestern
3. Western, CA
4. Indiana University
5. Univ of Louisville
6. Boston Univ
7. Tufts
8. Univ of Missouri- Kansas city
9. NYU
10. Univ Oklahoma
11. Temple
12. Univ of Tennessee
13. Univ of Kentucky
13. Marquette Univ

I need to select 8-9 schools from here. Any advice please would be really appreciated. I am out of state resident for all of them. I am a postbac with extensive research background and dental shadowing.

I am a Texas resident and dont mind moving if I cant get in Texas. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

UMKC, Oklahoma, Tennessee, and Kentucky are difficult if you're out of state, or outside regional preferences. UMKC and Tennessee only select out of state from specific states.

The rest seem perfectly reasonable to apply to!
