Self Paced or Timed NBME tests? Worth it to look up questions?

Does anything think it worth while to do the self paced NBME and time myself... and then with the extra time go back and look up questions and answers... That I think ive gotten wrong... or just dont know what they were looking for?

I like the expanded feedback on NBME form 4. It shows you which ones you got wrong. Then you can look those up if need be.

Personally, I wouldn't try to look up questions on an NBME as I'm going through. I've found that of the questions I miss, only 1/2 or so were ones I'd flagged. The rest were one's I'd missed some detail in the stem that changed the meaning.
 
does most people look up the answers to these nbme's? or do most people just do them to see where their score is?
