Hello,

Thanks for your patience if this isn't a usual question, but I really value this forum's input and see a lot of value here.

I have these resources that I'm using:
Anki (zanki decks)
Uworld
Boards and Beyond
Pathoma
First Aid
Medbullets

Is Family Med/IM, applying broadly, possible with a 230 or 240 Step 1?
Are the above study resources the right ones to get a good score?

Those are good review resources, but make sure you have some quality textbooks to do the readings to make sure you actually understand what's going on instead of just memorizing factoids.

Thanks for the reply,
I use the following textbooks too:

Costanzo Physiology, some Guyton
Some Robbin's pathology
Clinical Microbiology Made Ridiculously Simple
Step up to Medicine
Bate's Guide to Clinical Medicine
Lippincott Pharmacology, occasionally Katzung

You might benefit from Sketchy, at least for Micro.

I also found Lilly really helpful for cardio stuff, which is a really crucial part.

Thanks, I saw some of the sketchy micro videos- they're great!
I'll check out Lilly cardio too. They teach cardio pretty well at my university, but its a tough and broad subject so a good book will help.
