Does anyone know where or how I can sell dental instruments. Most of them are hygiene instruments and supplies. I also would like to get rid of my articulators, surveyor, and typodonts.

Try http://www.Junkaloo.com. A group of us dental students came up with it because we were unable to sell our items too. Its new but we are optimistic that it will grow into a large site. 👍
