I used Dr. Collin study guide and PCAT destroyer book which help a lot my second time taking the test (from 40 --> 96). The version of Dr. Collin study guide I have has 2012/2013 updates. In my opinion, it doesn't have that big of a different compared to the newer version. I mostly just look at the study guide and practice tests available.
PCAT destroyer's biology section was great. Many more difficult questions (like specific type of genetic disease) and microbiology questions. I'd say about 15% of the test I took yesterday were on those topics.
