Semester hours conversion

Hi There
Just wondering how to convert credits to semester hours.

Lets say I took a course that 4 credits ( 3 lecture hours and 3 lab hours) how can I convert it to semester hours?

Are you on the quarter system? Quarter hours and units are converted to semester hours by multiplying by 0.667.
