Semester Hours Requirement

Okay heres my thing, my the end of the spring I will have 88 credits (not including the classes I retook, caused I used the forgivness policy on them, If I include those classes I will have 97 credits), and I see alot of schools require 90 semester hours, so are semester hours and credits you earned the same thing?? Or are semester hours different than credits??

Also can I apply with my 88 credits?? Or would schools just reject me left and right??

You can apply with 88 credits. Just make sure you meet the requirements before you matriculate and you should be fine.
