Does anyone know if 2 quarters (10 credits in total) of biology means the 2 semesters of biology requirement or not?
And for the o-chem requirement, I took 1 o-chem (5credits) and 2 biochem (10 in total) for my degree. Does that fit?

Thanks!

Most schools (and the MCAT) recommend/require 1 year of General bio (2 semesters or 3 quarters), 1 year of General chem (2 semesters or 3 quarters), 1 year of Organic chem (2 semesters or 3 quarters)... and I'm sure you see where this is going. 2 semester sequences are almost invariably equivalent to 3 quarter sequences.

Do you know if microbiology and biochemistry count or not?

Biochemistry and Microbiology would count towards additional year of biology (after a year of general biology). However, if you only took a single term if organic chemistry and a school requires a year of organic OR 1 term organic and 1 term of biochem instead, you may not be able to apply the biochem to BOTH the chem requirement and the bio requirement.

This usually is NOT an admissions issue but it can be a pre matriculation issue. If/When you get accepted to a medical school and commit to attending, you are typically required to submit directly to the school official transcripts for review to see that you have completely fulfilled the specific course requirements. With the move from course prerequisites to core competency requirements this may be come less of a issue . However, a school could require you to take an additional bio course prior to matriculation or you may be able to get waived. Just make sure you actively inquire with the school on this when you commit to attending
So with my situation, maybe I should get a post-Bac?
