Are there any post-bac programs that allow you to do most of the work at a distance, but then have on-campus workshops or what not a few times per semester for lab work, etc?
thanks.

Are these for pre-reqs? Or for science/non-science classes? As far as I know, I have never heard of any distance or even semi-distance learning classes for upper division science courses. Which is what you should be taking (e.g.: upper div courses). Those technical schools (ITT or something) prolly have tons of distance learning courses, but i don't think they are countable by AMCAS (correct me if i'm wrong).
Post-bacc's are primarily for GPA enhancement and career changers. So the courses you take will be quite extensive and involved. Which surpass the capabilities of a distance learning class.
