Good Afternoon,
I am a currently pain fellow and looking to build a library of sorts of clinically relevant articles of merit. Articles that discuss the provide the evidence (or lack there of) for what we do everyday. This should include medical management, spinal injections, neuromodulation, etc. There is so much material out there (of varying qualities) it can be intimating to try to get a command of it. I am going to be working on this for my own personal knowledge and edification, but once it shapes up, I could make it public of share it on Read or Mendeley, etc.

I realize this is a broad request and that quality research can be subjective. I also realize there have been a few threads similar to this (many of them older 2006-2009). But I thought this would be worth updating and might be better if it was crowdsourced. Thanks in advance for you input.
