send ALL transcripts?

Ok so here is my question. My 1st year of college I did crappy and finished enc1101 and 1102 and psych. These are the only 3 classes that are coming from this school that I need for medical school. My question is, can I not send that college's transcripts now that I have earned a BSN from a different school and done all of my medical school prereqs from a different school. Those classes are on the transcripts of the school I did my prereqs at.
