Send an update letter for one class and one presentation?

I already graduated and currently work full-time. I decided to take a graduate-level science class at night from the local college and got a B.

I also recently presented (oral/PowerPoint) current results from research I've been involved in to a crowd of around 20 experts. This is a continuation of the same research I updated the adcoms about (among other things) after I did a poster presentation on it a few months ago.

Just wondering if it's worth letting the adcoms know about these things in another update letter.

and a powerpoint around 20 experts is not a poster. You must take notice that while a substantial update can help, a mediocre one can make you look just that.
