Send Composite LOR w/out recieving 2ndary yet?

I take the MCAT saturday, and so I have not recieved replies from the following schools concerning secondaries:

Columbia University College of P & S
Emory University School of Medicine
Mount Sinai School of Medicine

anyone know if they disregard/dispose of LOR's if they are sent b/f a 2ndary invite...
I'm sending out my LOR's to the rest of my schools (which I got 2ndary invites for w/out MCAT), should I include those schools, to speed up the process, or wait until I they get my MCAT scores (late October) and decide to invite me or not?

emory, i believe, won't accept them until they have specifically asked for them. this is also true for uc schools. every other school, though, will accept LORs as early as you want to send them, so go ahead and get them out there
