Send in Transcripts asap or wait?

Hi,
I'm currently taking a class at a quarter system school which doesnt end until early-mid June, which is after the application opens. Should I wait until I get my grades from this quarter and then request my transcript, or just request it the day the application opens? I'm a bit confused, thanks!

Ask the registrar's office when the grades will be posted to the transcript. You want to be able to show those grades when you apply.

It's literally just a physics lab course, and grades release June 20. It is a retake, however, so I guess it is important. So you'd still suggest I wait for the grade to appear on my official transcript?
