I have several LORs from non-EM faculty and am wondering if I should send 4 mixed EM/non-EM LORs now for ERAS or wait until I finish upcoming EM rotations and get LORs/SLORs from them and send 4 EM SLORs then.
Or should I just send the EM SLORS I have now and wait for the other EM SLORS to get in. I'm doing a rotation in September-November and hope to get a SLOR then. What's the concensus?
