send out duplicate secondary?

I mailed out my secondary almost two weeks ago, and I can see with tracking it still hasn't arrived. I am really considering re-sending a duplicate overnight, because I really wanted to go to this dental school and it's already been weeks since my AADSAS application has mailed out and it's getting later into the cycle. Is it a bad idea to mail out a duplicate?
