the correction form instructions are very unclear...

do we need to send our pink sheet back as well?

"corrections mus be written & signed by the applicant. if your confirmation copy contains no error/omissions, do not return it to AADSAS"

so if our confirmation copy DOES conatin errors, then we RETURN it?

i need to delete 2 courses & change the type of a course from undergrad to honors.

You may want to read the instructions. I remember reading somewhere where there's a form called "correction to application..." Or, even better, I would call AADSAS or e-mail them or search for the instructions on this. Good luck!

I am in a similar boat except I had to redo ALL of my classes. (Long story. . .) Anyway, I did not plan to send my pink sheet back, but a good person to ask is Sprgover since I know he made corrections. There is no spot on the corrections form for the course work for a signature, so I think I am going to include a cover letter that has my signature.

And, FYI, I JUST spoke with Ari (I wish I read your post before I spoke with him) and it takes 2-3 weeks for revisions.

When I made a coreection to my app, I didn't have to send back the pink sheet. I called AADSAS and they said just send back the correction form SIGNED at the bottom and they would take it from there.
