Send updates to school? WHEN?

When is it appropriate to send volunteer experience updates to schools? My applications are just now starting to be complete yet are still incompelte at some...is it too soon to send an update saying I've been doing more volunteer/work stuff at this dentist office?

Probably not a bad idea, I should do the same.

If you have been invited for an interview (and they have open-file interviews), I would mention it then (if the opportunity arises).

Otherwise, you could let them know when you call or email asking for status updates.

yea i just didn't knwo if it was too soon for my schools that just not sent me the letter saying to send in a check. i still think it's too soon for that one (temple). I know it's early but i can't hep but to feel like it's gettign late in the game.

is it better to send an update now and then again next year or just wait to send one in november?

last years applicants...what did you do/found worked best/were suggested or praised for by adcoms?
