Sending 2nd applications without letters???

Hey guys I have been struggling with this question a while so here goes. A professor of mine has told me that he will write me a letter of recommendation in about 2 to 3 weeks. Since I have already finished some of the 2nd apps, should I start sending them in now or wait until the my letter office receives all the letters & then send the apps & letters together? thanks

Well, you're going to have to wait for the letters to be received until you're marked as complete...so if you're done with the apps (don't have any corrections to make), just send them in. Otherwise, it shouldn't hurt to keep them for a while until your LORs can be sent out.
