so PENN's direction says that I should send the app fee along with the supplemental application at the same time I send my AADSAS app. Would it look really bad if you dont do that? since I want to take some time to polish up the supplemental app.

I have about a two-week difference between the two time points you are mentioning.

They just put your application on hold until they get everything. Nothing big. After they've got all your dollaz and app, then they will forward your app to adcom to review.

Same here Sayahhhh. I am waiting on one more letter and it's taking her a while to finish, but her letter should (hopefully) be influential. It's delaying my application too...i feel you.
