when you register for DAT
you have to choose what schools you are going to send them
but if I want to change the list
how can I do that?

I was thoughtless when I chose the list of schools I was going to send when I registered for DAT.

And approximately how long does it take for AADSAS to receive my score?
I took my DAT yesterday 🙂

AADSAS automatically sends your scores to every school you apply to, so don't worry about that list.I think it takes 2-4 weeks for the schools to receive your score after your testing date. Good luck!

Hi, thanks for your answer, as it helped me out as well. I have another question though. Will AADSAS send my DAT score from last cycle to schools that I didn't apply to last cycle but am applying to this cycle?

AADSAS automatically sends your scores to every school you apply...

So yes, AADSAS will send all of your DAT scores to all of the dental schools you're applying to.

Would it be wise to fax schools your DAT Scores? Or should we just wait until AADSAS sends it.

I don't have a list finalized yet, is there any harm in choosing more schools than you expect to apply to to avoid the $30 sending fee later on in the game?

I am a re-applicant so my case might be different, but do we ONLY send our scores to AADSAS through the DENTPIN?


Because if the 32/school fee doesn't apply to us, then I just saved myself nearly $500.

i don't know if you are asking for reapplicants, but this is the answer i got recently

Yes, you dont have to send your DAT score to any schools. AADSAS will do it. I'm a reapplicant myself and as long as you check at least one school when you take the test you will be fine. AADSAS will pulls up all your scores and send them to school you apply.

I took my test in 2011 and I 100% named at least one ADEA AADSAS school on my DAT "list", so am I good to go with just my DENTPIN and all (come June 3rd)?

Yeah.. Youre good. You can also check your scores by login in your application
