So for any California friends who have already sent in your fingerprint from out of state, could you let me know how that was done? I saw instructions on breeze to email "Licensing.VMB@dca.ca.gov" requesting a hard card fingerprint packet and it said they would send you instructions on how to submit it, but I emailed them a couple weeks ago and haven't received anything or heard back. I realize it may just take a while, but I want to make sure I'm not doing something wrong or that there's not something else I should be doing while waiting.
