I received a secondary from a school in late August. I didn't want to send it back in, because I was waiting for my summer grades to come back. I thought my summer grades would come out (and be submitted to AACOMAS and having them update my application PDF) in around a week or two....but it ended up taking all the way until two days ago.

Does this look strange to the school? Does it imply a lack of interest on my part? If so, should I email them and tell them why I waited about 6 weeks to send them my secondary?

I wouldn't worry too much about it, only MSUCOM and Western have the 30 day limit on their secondaries the rest you can submit at anytime, So personally I wouldn't email them and bring up the issue at all.
