My USMLE score has a better 2 digit score than COMLEX, I was thinking of sending both. Are Osteopathic PDs offended by an applicants USMLE scores or would they consider this as a plus towards you?

Nobody looks at 2 digit scores.

If your score is good, i.e. competitive for acgme rads, chances are it will benefit you. But you will need to be prepared to answer why you took it at your interviews.

In fact nobody can look at the two digit score as it is no longer reported to the programs.
