Sending LOR directly to Columbia?

I know that they require 3 letter of recommendations from science professors. I only have 2 science, 1 PI, 1 dentist on AADSAS. Can I send the 3rd science directly to them? Anyone ever done this before?

I am in the same situation and called them like 4 months ago when I was getting together my letters, they said once your AADSAS is in then you can just mail it to them. I had my o chem professor write me one and send it to my University Health professions office in late june after I had already submitted my AADSAS with my other 3 (2 sci and dentist) and they said they would mail it to Columbia, you could also just have the professor send it straight to them.
