Sending LOR to only one school

I have a committee letter, but does anyone know how I go about sending a school-specific LOR? Are letter services like Interfolio the only option, or can the recommender send it to the school directly? Thanks for input.

IIRC, you can specify specific letter "groups" to be sent through amcas that are assigned to specific schools.

I would suggest your school specific letter be loaded through the AMCAS Letter Writer Application (requires your letter writer to do this). That will then add that single letter to your AMCAS app separate from your letter packet. I believe this would be easier than sending to the school directly since it will go out through AMCAS. That way you can specify that letter to go to just the one school you intended it for, and then assign the letter pack to all schools.
