Sending update transcript to schools?

Should I send a final transcript to schools to update them on my spring quarter grades if it doesn't really help me (actually brings GPA down a bit)? Do schools really want this or what is on primaries is good enough.

If they want them, they'll ask. Just know you'll definitely be coughing the grades up eventually, and probably sooner rather than later. Might be better to just get it out of the way.

Yeah me, too, I didn't include my spring grades, and my GPA actually went down.
So should I send an unoffical transcript through email right now?

But I only have 70 credits of graded work on my AMCAS. Do you think this is okay?

Haha no prob, my Q's been answered. As to yours, I thought schools recommend at least 90?

Well, they want it by matriculation right? So, are you sending them an email update right now?

I had the same problem and sent transcripts to the first few schools that sent me secondaries. but I think i'll wait until they ask for it for the rest.

Schools don't really want your transcripts. They pretty much want as little clutter from you as possible. If you really want to update them on your grades send them an update letter or mention it in the secondary if there is room. An updated letter will be cheaper for you and more direct to the point. I really doubt they want to sort to peoples' transcripts to find new grades.

once I was accepted I had to send them at the end of every quarter. before that, I didn't have to send them. the update works fine.
