Sending W-2s and tax returns to schools

My parents are (rightfully so) very protective of identifying information and information pertaining to their earnings, savings, and assets. What would be the best/most secure way to send W-2s and tax returns to finaid departments, since all of them require copies of those forms for verification? Thanks!

Mail or by hand. Of course you can fax too, but that's a bit less secure. It's just one of those things you have to not worry about.
