Senior Elective Pass/Fail

I've already been accepted but I've had to miss quite a few days of one of my electives in order to travel to interviews. I'm planning on turning this class into pass/fail grading because I've had to miss it so much. This class is an elective, not part of my major, and not part of any med school prereqs. Will adcoms care if I change this elective to pass/fail grading? This will be my only pass/fail class from my current and previous coursework.

It won't hurt you when you submit your final transcript and it has one P/F class on it..
