Senior year grades

I am a junior and I'm getting ready to apply. This this year however hasn't gone to well. I have gotten mostly B's in my classes (around 3.2-3.1 junior year gpa --- overall would 3.3 cgpa and 3.2 sgpa). If I apply this cycle, and send in my summer and fall transcripts (assuming I do well considering I have already taken the hardest science classes in my major), would a strong upward trend of 3.6+ look good? I am also retaking the mcat and practices scores are between 508-511 so hopefully it's similar. The rest of my EC's are well rounded.

Yes up trends look much better than stagnate lower gpa, bust your ass this senior year and get a 4.0 to bump up your GPA as much as possible..
