I had a question regarding this. I did not create another thread since there was already one. Is there a Typo in TBR Bio chapter "Expression of Genetic Info", page 417 in the figure given for Tryptophan operan. It says, "Antisense or Coding strand", and "Sense or Template strand". Isn't it suppose to be opposite i.e., "Anti-sense or Template Strand" and "Sense or Coding strand". The labeling is also incorrect. The top strand is labeled "Anti sense" whereas it should be "Sense strand" and the bottom is labeled as "Sense strand" whereas it should be "Anti sense". Please let me know if I am correct. Elsewhere on the internet it says Anti-sense or Template strand and Sense or Coding strand, which I think is correct......please let me know.....Thanks!
